Elizabeth "Lizzie" Janes born 1847 was the daughter of Solomon & Sophia Janes. and Sophia janes nee Ives.

Benjamin and Lizzie married in 1867. They lived at Scrubwood Cottages, Parslows Hillock

Benjamin and Lizzie had 8 children all born at Scrubwood Cottages, as follows :-

Arthur Harvey born1870. sawyer Married 1897 Mabel Sarah Hickman. In 1911 living 51 Brook St. High Wycombe, Arthur sawmill labourer

Fanny Harvey born 1871. In 1901 housemaid in Kensington. No further info.

Rosetta Harvey born 1873. Married 1898 Charles George Saunders. 1901 living 'Elmdale', Speen. Charles estate woodsman

Ruth Harvey born 1875-1956 (81) In 1939 housemaid for Clerke family in Chelsea, one of 8 live-in servants. Ruth died a spinster, at 'Elmdale, Speen, May 1956.

Albert Harvey born 1882. In 1911 Albert aged 28, Metropolitan Police Constable at Upper Grange Road Police Station, Bermondsey. Married 1914 Florence Celia Hardwick at Hatcham, London. Albert resigned with pension May 1931.

Frederick Harvey born 1884-1917. Married 1907 Rosanne, (known as Rose) Williams, born 1884 in Wycombe. click Fred & Rose Harvey for their life Story lived in Highwood Bottom.

Death of Frederick. Frederick died 31st July 1917 WW1. He was a Private in the Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derby Regiment) 1st Battalion. Memorials. Ypres (Menin Gate), Leper, Belgium, panels 39 & 41; Garden of Rest Methodist Cemetery & Parish Church, Lacey Green.
