Conveyance. Sold to Albert William Walker for £400 all the 2 cottages known as Lane Cottage no.1 and Lane Cottage no. 2 together with the land adjoining. (Mr and Mrs Walker, nee Gomme, were currently tenants).

Albert William Walker born 1902, died 14TH August 1959.
Florence Edith Rose Walker born 1900, died 4th March 1984. Hallmark April 1984. Announcement. Mrs F Walker passed away on Sunday 4th March. She was a regular, lifelong, active member of Loosley Row Chapel and will be sadly missed. C W S
LANE COTTAGE INHERITED by their daughter Joyce Rose Florence Walker.
Note by Joyce Walker. Mrs Albert Walker, nee Florence Edith Rose Randall. daughter of Jane Randall, lived at Lane Cottage with her parents as a child. She continued to live there during her marriage to Walter Stallwood, a soldier who died of pneumonia in 1924/5, she continued to live there until she married Albert William Walker about 1937. They remained tenants of Lane Cottage until they purchased it in 1952.
