29th September 1890 conveyance between Miriam Emma and William Jones to William Taylor of Loosley Row, labourer. Together with another piece of land £90. Schedule - all those 3 cottages formerly one at Lacey Green, erected on 1 acre of land, part of a close formerly belonging to William Bowler, dec, called Upper Row Close, One end abuts upon a lane called Keep Lane.

14th August 1830. Indenture in Three Parts. Daniel Jones of Wendover, grocer Zachariah Phillips of Chepping Wycombe baker and William Prickett of the same place corn dealer of the first part. Alfred Lane of Chepping Wycombe mealman of the second part and Percival Wright of Chepping Wycombe grocer of the third part.

In the Enclosures of Princes Risborough in 1823 John Jones was awarded the allotment in lieu of Common Rights the Piece of Land herein after particuarly mentioned And Whereas John Jones by his last Will and Testament in writing bearing the date 12th April 1827 bequeathed unto to Daniel Jones, Zachariah (in the Will called Zachy) Phillips and William Prickett All his freehold and leasehold estates wheresoever situate To Hold In Trust to sell by Public sale or private contract in such manner as they or the survivor of them sees fit and assure the purchasers thereof respectively. And whereas John Jones departed his life on or about 13th August 1829 and Daniel Jones, Zachariah Phillips and William Prickett in pursuance of the trust put up for sale by public auction with other hereditaments the Piece of Land hereinlater mentioned and hereby intended to be conveyed being part of the estate and the premises at the price of £15. Now This Indenture Witnesseth that £15 was paid by Alfred Lane for All that Piece of Land situate at Loosley Row containing 1 rood and 1 pole now in the tenure of Joseph Hawes (including the footway over the same) bounded on the West by the Wycombe Road on the North by the Allotment made in the Enclosures of 1823 to John Hawes on the South East by the Smallridge Wood and on the South by the allotment to Thomas Randall which said piece of land allotted to John Jones in lieu of common rights together with all To Have And To Hold the said Piece of Land Hereditaments and other premises herby released unto the said Alfred Lane and his assigns In Witness whereof the Parties to the Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day and year first above written.

This indenture made the 29th day of September one thousand eight hundred and ninety Between Thomas Wheeler of High Wycombe gentleman and Daniel Clark of the same place gentleman of the first part William Jones formerly of New Windsor but now of Horsham in the county of Sussex auctioneer and wine merchant and Miriam Emma his wife of the second part and Wlliam Taylor of Loosley Row labourer of the third part.

Whereas by an Indenture dated the 2nd day of December 1863 between the said Miriam Emma Jones( then Miriam Emma Lane widow) of the first part the said William Jones of the second part and the said Thomas Wheeler and Daniel Clark of the third part (being a Settlement made in anticipation of the then intended marriage between the said Miriam Ema Lane and William Jones) the hereditaments herein after described and intended to be hereby conveyed were with other hereditaments conveyed by the said Miriam Emma Lane unto and to the use of the said Thomas Wheeler and Daniel Clark their heirs and assigns for ever In trust for the said Miriam Emma Lane until the said intended marriage and after the solemnization thereof upon the trusts and with and subject to the powers provisoes agreements and declarations therein after declared concerning the same And by the Indenture now in recital it was declared and agreed that after the solemnization of the said intended marriage the said Thomas Wheeler and Daniel Clarke or the survivor of them or their heirs executors administrators or assigns respectively of such survivor should at the request in writing of the said William Jones and Miriam Emma Lane during their joint lives sell the said premises thereinbefore expressed te thereby granted either together or in parcels and either by public auction or private contract and either with or without any special or other stipulations as to title or evidence of commencement of title or otherwise and might buy in and rescind or vary any contract for sale and resell without being answerable for loss occasioned thereby and might for the purposes aforesaid or any of them execute and do all such assurances and things as they or he should think fit and should apply the moneys which should arise from any such sale as aforesaid as therein mentioned

And whereas the marriage of the said William Jones and Miriam Emma Lane was duly solemnized shortly after the execution of the last hereinbefore recited Indenture And whereas the said Thomas Wheeler and Daniel Clarke have with the concurrence of the said William Jones and Miriam Emma Jones agreed to sell to the said William Taylor the said hereditaments hereinafter described and the inheritance thereof in fee simple in possession free from incumbrances at or for the price or sum of ninety pounds Now this indenture witnesseth that in pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration of the sum of ninety pounds to the said Thomas Wheeler and Daniel Clarke paid by the said William Taylor (the receipt whereof the said Thomas Wheeler and Daniel Clarke at and by the request and direction of the said William Jones and Miriam Emma Jones hereby convey unto the said William Taylor All those three messuages cottages or tenements formerly used as one cottage with the appurtenances situate at Loosley Row erected and built on half an acre of land part of a close belonging to William Bowler deceased called by the name of Upper Loosley Row Close withing the Tithing of Culverton one end whereof abuts upon a Lane called Keep Lane And also All that piece of land situate a Loosley Row containing one rood and one pole formerly in the tenure of Joseph Hawes including the footway over the same bunded on the west by the Wycombe Road on the South East by Small Ridge Wood and on the south by an allotment formerly made to Thomas Randall All of which said messuages cottages or tenements land and premises hereinbefore described and occupation of the said William Taylor or his undertenants To hold the same with the appurtenances unto and to the use of the said William Taylor his heirs and assigns in fee simple And the said Thomas Wheeler and Daniel Clarke hereby acknowledge the right of the said William Taylor to production of the hereinbefore recited Indenture of the second day of December 1863 and to delivery of copies thereof In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
