Why did you come to live locally? be honest.

Which house do you live in? Did you rent or purchase the property?

Why did you choose the house? be honest. Often it is obvious, but "because my husband wanted to be able to be near his favourite pub" or "My husband fell in love with the view although the house was not ideal". " I went into a shop to buy ice creams for 2 fed up children, and the shop keeper recommended it & her husband wouldn't move". Many came because of the school.
