11.30am, Sunday 28th September 2003. Through Lacey Green Village

The course: From St John's School playing field to the Pink and Lily and Back

Length: Approx. 5 kmAll ages welcome

Prizes: Prizes will beawarded for the fasted man, fasted woman and, just in case you're tempted to take it too seriously, best fancy dress costume!

Food and Drink: A barbeque lunch and licensed bar will be available at the finish for competitors and supporters.

Paul Johnstone, of Woodbyne Fitness Clinic in Lacey Green, has kindly offered to run free fitness testing for all competitors. To qualify, simply call him on 01844 275829 with your race number and fix up an appointment.

Entry Details: £5.00 per runner (or walker). Please send a Sae, together with your cheque (payable to "St John's Parents Association") to Fiona Insly, 27 Westmead, Princes Risborough, Bucks, HP27 9HP. All enquiries to Fiona on 01844 273872.

A warm welcome is extended to anyone wishing to join us! We would very much like this to become a village event, so even if you don't feel up to competing, we'd love to see you supporting on the day!
