JOHN GRUBB
John Grubb had purchased a large portion of the Common of Princes Risborough in 1823, when the land of the parish of Princes Risborough was enclosed.
JOHN CHESHIRE
John Cheshire of Windmill Farm took out mortgages over a number of years to try to buy this huge piece of land.
MORTGAGEE PARTLY FORECLOSED
In 1889 Josephine Irving, the mortgagee, sold several plots off the land.

3rd. Constance married Alfred Stevens. They had 2 children Trevor born 1944 & John born ?
