1951 8th October Planning permission was granted to build a property on Woodway to house a grass drying plant.
1956 20th July. Permission was granted for a hanging sign outside the grass drying plant.
1958 19th December. Permission was granted for an extension to the grass drying plant.
1963 3rd December. Permission granted for change of use to storage of agricultural foodstuffs and garage for vehicles.
1964 19th March. Permission granted for change of use to storage of animal foodstuffs and haulage contractors depot.
1965 1st March. Permission granted for change of use to agriculural engineers business. Application by Graham Whitlock.
1968 24th December. Permission granted for erection of dwelling and garage. Research note.This house was called Windy Ridge. There was a house called Windy Ridge in Lacey Green which was pulled down and West Winds was built on the site.
1970 6th February. Permission granted for change of use to warehouse and depot at Whitlocks Engineering premises.
1970 13th March. Pemission granted for change of use to repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery.
1970 31st July. Permission granted for change of use to depot and workshop - agricultural.
1970 5th October. Permission granted for change of use to agricltural engineering and contracting. Application by Whitlock Agricultural Engineers.
1971 23rd July. Permission granted for erection of a dwelling at Woodway.
1973 8th January. Permission granted for erection of a building at the rear of the original premises.
1978 22nd March. Permission granted to provide offices in the store.
1997 13th April. Permission granted for use of agricultural land for storage of agricultural machinery. Application by Risborough Agricultural Services Ltd.
1998 6th April. Permission granted for display of 2 John Deere flags on existing flagpoles. Application by Risborough Agricultural Services Ltd.
