This Indenture made the laste daye of March in the year of our Lord God one thousand and six hundred and fortye and nine. Between Joan Chibnall of Princes Risborough in the counte of Buck, widdowe and Edmund Gregorye of ? in the countie of Oxon, gent, of the one part and Edward Stone of the parish of Princes Risborough yeoman of the second part WITNESSETH that the said Joane Chibnall conveys for and in consideration of sixteen pounds of lawful money of England paid to the said Joane Chibnall well and truly paid by the said Edward Stone before those present, where she Joane Chibnall acknowledge by these present HAVE demised, granted and to farm letten, and by these presents lett unto the said Edward Stone his heirs, administrators and assigns all that messuageor tenement wherein one Edward Reynolds now dwells with the barne stable outhouses thereto belonging AND also all that ??? of arable land with ? called or known by the name of Stockings lying or being within the parish of Princes Risborough aforesaid in the County of Buck now or late in the tenure or occupation of the said Edward Reynolds his hers assigns as it now ??? from the other of Stockings now in the tenure or occupation of one Elizabeth Lacey late wife of Robert Lacey deceased. And as it is now in the tenure of Elizabeth Lacey containing by estimation 50 acres be it more or less. Except always to Joane Chibnall and Edmund Gregorie all trees.

To have and to hold the said messuage or tenement barns stables and outbuildings and all the acres of arable land called Stockings and all to be demised to Edward Stone. And lastly she the said Joane Chbnalll andEdmund Gregorye their administrators and assignes by this presents demise to Edward Stone his executors administrators and assigns for the consideration herein before expressed.
